I have used Apple products since 2008 and have always been curious about how they work, from taking devices apart to running them at scale.

With a degree in computer science and engineering, I started as a full-stack web developer, then crossed into enterprise IT support in Germany. There I became the go-to Apple and macOS specialist for the design teams of a renowned sporting goods company and for board members of a popular street fashion brand, and later an Apple systems engineer working with Jamf, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft identity and access management.

Today I lead a team of IT service desk engineers and manage a large Apple fleet as an Apple systems engineer. AyeMode brings that experience to smaller organizations that deserve the same quality and efficiency Apple has brought to the modern workplace.
